🕒 Key Dates

• Applications Available Online: Now – September 29, 2025
• Online Waitlist Registration Opens: Friday, September 26, 2025
• Online Waitlist Closes: Monday, September 29, 2025 at 9:00 AM
• In-Person Selection + Deposit Due: Monday, September 29, 2025 by 1:00 PM (at our office)
• Unit Assignments Released: Friday, October 3, 2025
• Lease Signing Deadline: Friday, October 10, 2025
• Cosigner Signatures Due: Friday, October 24, 2025

✅ How It Works

Step 1 – Complete Your Application (Now – September 29, 2025)

• Complete the application here.
• Each future tenant must fill out their own application.

Step 2 – Register Online (September 26-29)

• On September 26th at 6:00 PM, the waitlist opens.
• Register through Eventbrite (CLICK HERE TO RESERVE YOUR SPOT IN LINE).
• Your timestamp secures your place in line.

Step 3 – Come to the Office at 214 S Allen St.  (September 29, 2025)
By 1:00 PM Monday, September 29, stop by our office to:

• Pay your deposit (equal to one month’s rent for your first-choice unit).
• Select and finalize your top unit preferences in person.

Step 4 – Unit Assignments (October 3)

• Units are assigned in timestamp order, based on the preferences you selected and what’s actually available.
• We will contact you once the unit is assigned.
• If you are offered a unit that is not your #1 choice but another choice on your list and there is a difference in the security deposit amount you will either:
• Need to pay the additional amount by October 13^th if the deposit is higher
• Or we will refund, or apply the difference to your first months rent if the deposit is lower.

Step 5 – Lease Signing (October 10)

• If you are assigned a unit, your group must sign the lease by Friday, October 10, 2025.

Step 6 – Cosigner Signatures (October 24)

• All required cosigner information and signatures must be submitted by Friday, October 24, 2025.

💡 Important to Know

• We do not know our availability for 2026-2027 until our current residents turn in their renewal forms. Deadline for current residents to renew is October 1^th.
• Applications must be completed before September 29.
• Your timestamp = your spot in line, not a guaranteed unit.
• Once you select your unit choices on September 29, they’re final.
• If none of your chosen units are available, your deposit is refunded.
• If you decline a unit you selected and we assign, your deposit is forfeited.
