How It Works:

1. Submit applications any time between now and Monday, September 28, 2026, by 9am

a. Complete your Rental Application

b. Complete the Waitlist Agreement

Applications and Waitlist Agreements MUST be completed before coming to the office on Monday the 28^th

2. Join the Waitlist via Eventbrite

Register on Eventbrite when the waitlist opens at 6pm on Sept. 25th. Your timestamp determines your place in line.

3. Check In at the Office (214 S. Allen St)

Be ready to pay your deposit either online or via check (equal to one month’s rent for your

top-choice unit) on September 28, 2026 between 9:30am and 1:00 PM.

4. Unit Assignment

Units are assigned based on timestamp order and availability. Assignments announced

October 2, 2026.

5. Lease Signing & Cosigners

• Leases must be signed by October 16, 2026.
• Cosigner signatures must be completed by October 30, 2026.

Key Notes

• Deposits apply to your security deposit if you move in.
• Deposits are only refundable if none of your selected units are available.
• If you are assigned a selected unit and decline, your deposit is forfeited.
