Job Description

Position: Property Maintenance

Compensation: $22.00 /hr + 

Employment Type: full-time

Position Background: NREM is a Locally owned Property Management Company servicing over 500 apartments in the State College area.  The person filling this position will assist the team in keeping the properties safe, clean & in good condition. 
 
Duties include:

• Responding to Apartment Resident Work Orders
• Building Repairs, Improvements, Maintenance and Painting
• Snow Removal
• Light Janitorial & Landscaping 
   

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
• Pass criminal back-ground check (no felonies)
• Familiarly with basic hand & power tools
• Experience preferred, but willing to train
• Ability to work independently and with others
• Customer service skills
• Willingness to work 40+ hours for on-call and when needed

Normal working hours:

• Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
